Have I already mentioned how good it feels to be back in Wycombe? Yesterday I met up with Annie to catch up on what I missed last week. We were walking around town and had a really great time! The weather was just amazing and now and then I even took off my blazer because it was too hot for it. I'm really loving the weather right now, wouldn't mind if it stayed like that for some time!

I am really looking forward to Uni, because I will start my final project and I am really excited. My theme is geometric and illusions, so I will create my own patterns and digital prints and wearable garments and stuff I'm so excited!

I'm back at home! I actually already wanted to post this yesterday, but I had this horrible headache that made me cringe everytime there was a loud noise or I moved too fast. So basically I spend my day in bed watching Sherlock.

I actually just quickly put this on to run to the shop and buy some food. So it isn't really anything special, but I really wanted to wear this jacket, because I haven't worn it in ages.

Leather gilets have been a trend I liked since autumn. I own one myself, but completely forgot about it until I recently cleared out my closet and found it again. Now I was a bit unsure of how to wear it. I mean I know there are certainly millions of ways, but even though I like it, there is something that annoys me, something that doesn't feel quiet right. Anyway I decided to give it a go and to inspire myself and you guys here is a post about leather gilets.

Last day of my trip and journey back home.
So it's the last day and I will probably spend most of it on the bus. Once I started to wear jacket so many ideas of how to wear it popped into my mind and here you see another way you can wear it.
Looking back at the outfits I have worn the last few days, I realized how much black and white I'm wearing. I'm hardly wearing any colours these days but to be honest I quite like that.

Third day of my trip! Today I am driving from Liverpool to Huddersfield for my next interview.
I bought this gilet/vest/sleeveless jacket in autumn last year. I really like it, which makes me wonder how I could forget about it, but when I was cleaning out my closet a few days ago I found it and I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to wear it! And I'm surprised how much I actually like it, because to be honest I wasn't sure if it would look good, but I quite like it. I also prepared a post about leather gilets, which is scheduled for Friday.

Second day in Liverpool. When I was packing for my little trip, I wanted to keep my bag quite light, because my portfolio is already heavy enough. Last time I was travelling, to my grandpa in Scotland and home over Christmas, I always managed to take a lot of stuff I thought I would wear but didn't because usually I have my favourite items and I stick with them. So this time I decided to wear certain items twice instead of having completely different items for every day. Makes sense I know don't know what I was thinking before.

So today I'm off to Liverpool for my first interview this week. I hope I'll arrive in time and everything will be fine. The outfit is quiet simple but I still like it. This shirt was my last purchase before lent started. Yeah a friend talked me into it and I'm glad because actually I'm giving into things quiet easily. I gave up shopping for lent, because let's face it I love food too much to give anything of it up for 40 days. And I am quite impressed with myself that I haven't bought anything.

Most people probably know what I'm talking about when I say that I always pack too much. While I was packing for my little trip, I kind of looked back to the last time I was taking the bus from London and I remembered that my bag was always much too heavy. I also remembered that I didn't wear half of the stuff I packed so this time I told myself only to pack stuff I would really wear.

I came up with four rather comfy but still smart outfits, which you will see in the next following days. I sometimes tend to take pictures of outfits I would wear but end up with wearing something completely different. I also tend to pack my whole closet basically, because I think I have to wear a completely new outfit everyday. This time I reminded myself that I don't need to pack like that and instead wear a shirt twice, but with a jumper or different jacket.

So this time my bag is not as heavy as it was last time, what is good because my portfolio is already heavy enough!

The closer my journey up north comes the more I get nervous. Today I went to Uni to quickly pick up my portfolio, which is by the way heavy as hell, and went with my friend to get her hair cut. Actually I just went with her to say goodbye before I'm gone for the week. I have to admit that I wore a different pair of shoes, thanks to my blister I can't wear most of my shoes, what annoys me a lot, because I doubt that I will make a good impression wearing my skaters during my interview but I kind of doubt that I will have any other option. Wrong time to wear in new shoes.

I posted now every day in the last week and I'm quiet proud of that! I think I have never actually blogged that much! But I'm scared that I might mess it up again, because I'm off to Liverpool on Monday. I got an interview there on Monday and because I have an interview in Huddersfield on Wednesday I will just stay in the north and come back on Thursday. To be honest it makes me a bit nervous to go alone, what is a bit ironic considering that I'm in a different country on my own, but oh well.

I will schedule my outfit posts, what means that they will only appear on Chictopia and here, because you can't schedule them on lookbook. I will also post a what's in my travel bag post on probably Tuesday.

Today I am going out with my friends. We are going to watch the Lego film, yeah I know we might be a bit too old for it, but we thought it might be quiet funny. It is also the first time for me to in a English cinema. I am really excited to go and also to wear my kind of new shirt, which I have for two weeks now but never wore it and I thought it would be the best opportunity to wear it today.

Okay you all know about my love for hats! Especially bowlers and fedoras! This spring there are even more hats and to be honest I'd love to own them all! When I was in London on Friday last week, Nina and me went into the Topshop at Oxford street and I tried on all their hats and I just felt like I'd be in heaven. It was like torture knowing that I can't afford them all. Might buy a new hat though, just can't decided which one.

I thought this post might help me to decided but after looking through River Island and New Look, I feel even more lost and tortured. Anyway hope you enjoy this post and my love for hats.

I had my assessment today, so I wanted to be at Uni quiet early to print out some pictures and stuff. So this outfit was thrown together in quiet a rush. I really like this top I got from New Look. The only thing that annoys me are the shoulders. I don't know if my frame is just too small for the size or if it meant to be like this. It's a shame though because I really like the top that annoys me.
